Barrett Outdoor Communications Inc. is a family business founded in 1962 by John P (Jack) Barrett (1931-1999). It is now owned and operated by Jack's two sons, John and Bruce, who together have over 50 years of experience in outdoor advertising. We love the sign business and enjoy our reputation for owning only the finest interstate locations in our market area. We take great pride in being an industry leader and take that responsibility seriously.

• We participate in the communities in which we operate. We donate $50,000 a year to charities in addition to in kind contributions of equal or greater value.
• We are environmentally conscientious. We have a 103 panel solar panel array providing energy for our headquarters. All of our electricity used anywhere in the company comes from renewable sources. We are a federal EPA Green Power Partner.
